I know everyone and their sister has blogged this dress already, but I've had it forever, and haven't worn it yet. And I'm running out of summertime! I have to wear everything summery while I still can.

I really love the scalloping on this dress... It's just so pretty and well-detailed.

This picture turned out a little more autumny than intended... What with the light and the colors. But oh well... I'm not going to complain, because I'm in love with this shirt from Erratic. I tend to like their stuff anyway. Lots of sequins. I love sequins. Secretly, I'm a beauty queen. SPARKLES, MORE SPARKLES.

SL, You Saucy Vixen

I meant to post this yesterday, but Second Life and I got into a fight, so it didn't happen. Windlight settings confuse me. I refuse to take the blame for this and instead blame SL. Because clearly the problem can't lie with me.

Seriously though... I can't get an advanced sky editor to come up for the life of me. Did they get rid of it? Is it a setting I have screwed up? Am I stuck with the basic one that allows you to change your settings, but you can't fine tune them? It's really annoying, especially since even the SL wiki has the advanced one as the way to do it. I just don't know if it's my issue or theirs.

Anyway. This picture is really boring, but I was trying to do the whole windlight thing and this is just the best I could do.


I told you I was never taking off those boots. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I love Mon Tissu. (Does anyone else always want to add an "E" to the end of "Tissu?" Drives me crazy, that impulse.) Their style is pretty much my RL style. And their mesh just kicks ass.

I look sort of scary in that picture. My pictures are a work in progress.

Feel the Ocean Breeze

Sims that don't allow rezzing are the bane of my blogger existence. It's so much more difficult to pose using the animation. Granted, it's my own fault, because I forget I'm not on a stand and go to move my camera, and instead move my avi. I'm not the brightest at times.

Try as I might, I can't seem to get into long mesh skirts or dresses. I want to like them... But I usually don't. I like this skirt, mostly because I love the print on it so much.

I think I'm mixing about five different eras here... But oh well. I like it anyway. I haven't always had the greatest luck with dresses with mesh panels, but either the technology has made great strives, or I have, because the last few dresses I've gotten like that have been awesome. I'm excited.
